Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as expected.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that have been used, worn, damaged, modified, printed, embroidered, or otherwise customised, unless the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Requests for an exchange must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, eligible items may be exchanged for another product or store credit.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact, undamaged, unworn/unmodified, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Exchanges incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • The number of items you may return from any one order is limited to the lesser of either 10 items or 10% of the total order quantity.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Refunds are only provided for faulty products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
  • All faulty products must be assessed and approved via our returns process.

End of Line & Sample Sale – Final Clearance

The items available on this page include a mix of brand-new, unworn end-of-line garments, showroom samples used for try-ons or display, and pieces featured in photoshoots. Some items may have been washed for hygiene purposes prior to sale.

Please note:

  • Some designs are discontinued or no longer part of our current collections.
  • Stock is extremely limited – what’s listed is all we have available.
  • All items are sold as is, with no returns, exchanges, or refunds accepted for any reason.
